The most important thing to remember about the simultaneous meditation
on January 23rd is that it does not matter where you physically are - you
will be with millions of other people in a spirit of shared intention. However,
if you are able to gather with a group on that day, and would like to extend
an invitation to others to join with you, or even just to let others around
the world know that you are joining them, please add your event to the list.
Even a contact number and the intention to meet is enough to put up a listing
- even if you don't know all the details yet.

The space is big enough for 200.. I am giving out notices today at the Engaging
the World with Compassion_ program that takes place at Cathedral of St.
John the Divine and Union Thelogical Seminary. The energy last night there
was very beautiful filled with positive energies and intentions
I would like to continue that for the event on Thursday. A donation will
be requested to support the Learning Alliance but noone need be turned away,
as is the policy there anyway.
The program will start at 11:00 am and we will intone the _Pranava_ syllable
Aum which represents the power that has unfolded to become the universe.
I would like to have an epic reading of the _Story of the Universe_ as well
as celebration, dancing and singing, if possible afterward. Anyone with

Brief Event Description: Gathering begins at 10:35 AM We will walk in meditation
the Six pointed star refecting in the planetary configuration. Also provided
will be a diagram of the Tree of Life for a 'mental walk'.
This event also conincides with The Festival of the Trees, Tu B'shvat, in
